Please list the names of up to three mentors/Advancing Player with whom you would like to be paired. If you are applying to be an advancing player and you list one and only one name as your desired mentor, and the person you name lists you as the one and only person they want as their advancing player, then you will definitely be put together. If you request someone to be your mentor, and they do not list you in return, then there is no guarantee that we will be able to pair you with that particular person.
