It won't be that bad, but in an effort to control costs, the thermostats will be set at 71 degrees during heating season. (ususal recommended for homes is 68 degrees)   If your home is warmer than that please bring 2 sweaters, a shawl, gloves and a parka.

Player Fee Increase
Starting January 1, 2012 the entry fee for regualr games at CBA will be $7
This is the first increase in 6 years and reflects ongoing increase in rent & utilities for the Bridge Center

Announcing the CBA Seminar Series – Attention 0-99’ers and NLMs!!!

Beginning January 2012 we are introducing a fixed seminar schedule with level appropriate information about bidding and play.  0-99er Seminars will be every Tuesday at 6:30 PM starting January 10, 2012 (99’ers look for the new newsletter on Jan 6, 2012!!).  NLM Seminars will be every other Monday at 6:30 PM starting January 9, 21012.  Note: 0-20 Seminars are planned and will start in February when the new Saturday Afternoon 0-20 game begins.  Stay tuned for details.  Click here for the Seminar page.  (URL:  http://www.cincybridge.com/NLM/2012_CBA_Seminar_Series2.html) You will find topics arranged ahead of time with pertinent links to handouts.  Now you can come prepared to get your questions answered by CBA’s Life Masters!!

Pam & Matthew Granovetter

For the past 30 years, Matthew and Pam Granovetter have been one of the most successful husband-wife duos in high-level bridge. They each have won numerous North American Bridge Championships, and Matthew won the World Mixed Pairs in 2006 with Karen McCallum. They moved to the Cincinnati area in 2005 from Israel, where they lived for 12 years and where they raised their three children.
